What happens next?

  1. You will shortly receive confirmation of your stand number and, if requested, an invoice to be paid within 14 days.
  2. Exhibition manual and forms (health and safety/risk assessment) will be sent out 8 weeks prior to the event.
  3. Final joining instructions will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the event.

Stand Details Exhibition package includes exhibition space as per floorplan, 1 x clothed 6ft table and 2 chairs, 1 x 13 amp power socket. Also includes for ONE representative – conference documentation, admittance to all working sessions, morning and afternoon refreshments and buffet lunch, plus drinks receptions at close of conference sessions on Monday and Tuesday. Excludes any exhibitor accommodation, dinners and conference banquet.

Conference Banquet Please note that your exhibition stand fee and additional stand attendee fee does not include admittance to the conference banquet. Booking Terms and Conditions

This booking is subject to the terms and conditions below. Official confirmation (including confirmation of your stand number) will be sent to you on receipt of this form and payment.

VAT is applicable at the prevailing rate. Space is allocated on a strictly ‘first come, first served’ basis. Applications for space must be made on the form provided. The organisers reserve the right to grant or refuse any applications without giving reasons. Your stand is not guaranteed until payment is made. Full payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date or before the start of the conference (whichever is sooner). If payment is not received within the requested time or prior to the start of the conference the organisers will remove your stand from the floorplan. Note: To benefit from the 10% early bird discount stand must be booked and invoice paid by 15th March 2013. If payment is not received a new invoice will be issued for the full amount.

Should you need to cancel your stand for any reason, the full exhibition fee is still applicable. Cancellation will not be valid unless made in writing to the CBCE Administration Office and an official acknowledgement of receipt issued.
