Exhibition Opportunities
Exhibiting at CBCE 2026 provides an excellent showcase for companies wishing to present their products and services directly to the main decision makers from public and private sector organisations within the cremation and burial industry.
Refreshment breaks, buffet lunches and a late afternoon drinks reception will all take place in the exhibition space giving exhibitors plenty of networking opportunities.

Exhibition Package includes:
Exhibition space as per floorplan, 1 x clothed 6ft table and 2 chairs, 1 x 13amp power socket. Also includes for ONE representative - event documentation, admittance to all working sessions, morning and afternoon refreshments and buffet lunch for three days, plus drinks receptions at close of the afternoon session on Tuesday. It also includes accommodation for Tuesday and Wednesday, the event BBQ and Event Banquet.
Excludes any exhibitor accommodation, dinners and Event Banquet. Upgrades are available and can be booked through our registration page.
Additional Stand Attendees
Charged at £541 + VAT = £649.20 per attendee. Includes event documentation, admittance to all working sessions, morning and afternoon refreshments and buffet lunch for three days, plus drink receptions at close of the afternoon session on Tuesday. It also includes accommodation for Tuesday and Wednesday, the event BBQ and Event Banquet.
For an additional attendee with no accommodation, it costs £159 +VAT = £190.80 per attendee. This includes event documentation, admittance to all working sessions, morning and afternoon refreshments and buffet lunch for three days, plus drink receptions at close of the afternoon session on Tuesday. It excludes accommodation Event BBQ and Event Banquet.
Sponsorship Opportunities
To benefit from maximising your brand exposure to the main decision makers in the cremation and burial sector, consider sponsorship at this year’s event.
A diverse selection of packages are available, offering varying levels of exposure, from prominent identification of company logo on all event materials, to simple inclusion of promotional material in the delegate pack.
